How do I qualify for Credit Terms ?

1. You must have at least 2-3 months sales history from us using Cash or Credit Card with purchases of at least $200.00 a month.
2. Download form here. Fill it in and either mail or Fax it to us.
3. We will review your application and notify you if you qualify or not.
