Formerly known as the old style Hotel / Motel large bow key blanks, now dubbed "Large non-stock Specialty Bow keys", these custom keys are available in Round, Octagonal, Oval (Rectangular), Square and Shield style bows with either Smooth, Florentine or Pebble background finishes (see image below with head/bow options). We assume by default you want a hole for a key chain, but you can get it without a hole as well, just specify. Emboss or imprint your's or your customer's logo, company name & address, return postage message & address, or other message on the bow (head) of the key. Hotel / Motel large bow key blanks are available in several keyways. See more bow (key head) styles and numbers in the below image.

Terms: Hotel and motel large bow key blank orders require a minimum initial order of 2,000 key blanks but may be divided among different keyways as long as you have a minimum of 500/keyway. Minimum reorders are 500 key blanks. Special order requires prepayment. • A one-time die design charge of $150.00 (text only), per die needed, applies to all ‘new’ coining. For logos or more complex line art the charge is $200.00 per die needed. A clear black & white copy of the artwork must be included with the initial order. If you order 5,000 or more keys for your first order, the die & set up charge is waived. Balance of order payment due with approved final artwork and prior to start of production. Production completion approximately 4-6 weeks after approved art and full payment on new orders, or 2-3 weeks after payment on reorders with die on file and no art changes (may vary depending on the factory production schedule). Figure an extra couple of weeks on the first order for the artwork approval process and die production. Once production begins, the order may not be cancelled without charges. Larger orders may take longer to produce and there may be a possibility to release reasonable quantities as produced. We can work that out with the factory for you, under the factory's terms. Freight charge due in full within 10 days of shipment or upon quoted actual freight if sooner at our discretion (freight is free on orders of 5,000 or more embossed/imprinted hotel key blanks to up two USA locations by ground or truck. For additional locations or faster delivery, you may pay an upcharge or arrange for your own shipping carrier to pick up at your own cost).

Additional Factory requirements: These keys are made to order, therefore quantities are subject to 10% over or under order quantity. Customer will be responsible to pay for exact quantity shipped. Credit will be issued for under orders and overages are billed & due with freight payment - within 10 days of shipment. Price is for bulk packaging (determined by factory). If you need the keys boxed by 250, 100 or 50, ADD $0.015 to the cost of the each key price, in the price break box above, and specify 250/box, 100/box or 50/box. Add $0.025 ea for 7 pin keys (inquire if available if you need these longer length keys. They are long!).

Material: Hotel and motel large bow key blanks are by default manufactured in Ilco® nickel silver material. (Nickel Silver, the brighter keys pictured above, like the one marked Palm Harbor, is a little stronger than brass (brass example are the older darker looking keys above, like the one marked OceanCliff). Some Neuter Bow keys are available in brass or nickel plated (chrome color) brass if you prefer. Inquire for pricing if that's your desire, though we believe the Nickel Silver (NS) look better). Or you can see the top of page 42 of the dealer price list . You will need to choose Embossed (raised logo and/or lettering) or Incised/Coined/Engraved (imprinted logo and/or lettering). It's been our experience that logo's are normally embossed and if you're printing something like your contact info on the back side, it's usually better to imprint it because of the way the material is pushed around in the stamping process. You can do it vice versa if you prefer. • Large bow keys are available in many commercial and residential keyways. Automotive keyways are not available. • You will get line drawing artwork to approve before production, but it does not give a full look at embossing and incising, so be sure to look at the pictures above. These represent the embossed look.
